I saw this on Pillowfort and thought that I needed to bring it over to this comm to spread the word!
The website is goodinternetmagazine.com - it will look confusingly blank (except for an email signup field) but if you select "Submission Guidelines" in the top right corner, you'll find the text I'm quoting from. (Not the most intuitive UX ^^;; )
The deadline for submitting to the first issue is 15th March. I like the look of the article topics, they're good food for thought (not sure if I could knock something together in time, though...)
Anyway, I hope they get some great submissions!
Good Internet is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit print and digital quarterly magazine for personal website owners and those interested in using the internet as a means of self-expression, art, and recreation. The name Good Internet comes from Katie Baker's The Day the Good Internet Died, hopefully proving that headline wrong.
