SWS-ing progress...Well, I may have made my goals too short (or got a little bit too focused on them) because I already...finished them ^^; Granted, they're nothing fancy, but it's still nice to have accomplished something! So, I'll share some resources I've got stored away instead:
For responsive layouts that are free to use, check out Kalechips' Layout Thrift Store! These will look nice on both mobile and desktop. EGGRAMEN also has some nice CSS layouts, both responsive and not.
For more small web community, check out MelonLand Forum, which is both very active and full of very kind people! They have sections dedicated to sharing code snippets and a bunch of other resources, too!
Solaria on Neocities has both CSS and JS guides for things like theme switching (light/dark modes), gif pausing, and more! There are also some guides on accessibility!
If you plan to have a lot of images on your site and need a compressor to make the file size smaller, here's one!
I will say that, personally, I find the Mozilla Developer Web Docs to be a really good resource to have on hand if you're trying to code something and your mind goes totally blank on you (can you guess how many times it's happened to me? xD).
