It absolutely is! Some 12 years ago, I learned how to use (more advanced) HTML and PHP includes in order to make a fansite for a particular community of fans I was in; last year, when I started my personal archive, I had to relearn a lot of things, but they come back to you :D And it feels so cool to be doing it!
