I remember when... Geocities? had really detailed stats and I got super-obsessed for a bit with hits and what search terms people were using to find my stuff (like any of that matters/works now)... I try not to pay much attention these days either and I have no clue how many views are actual people, but there's still a tiny little happy ping of 'number go up'.
