YEAHHHHH it sucks b/c it's lesser known b/c the site itself is lesser known, and I REALLY loved how well it worked for scratching that itch of wanting to post short form statues w/o needing something like Facebook or Twitter. ; o;

and YEAHHHHHH, someone else made a forum post and I was happy to FINALLY find that quite a few folks were noticing the same issue, but considering that the creator of the site hasn't been around in over a year, I doubt it's getting fixed anytime soon, so it was just easier to keep myself safe and stop using than to potentially expose myself to something harmful. INCREDIBLY unfortunate b/c I miss it so much.
